+The room was in poor working condition. Bathroom shower was detached from the wall and was about to fall. Commode seat was sliding side to side and too small for the size of the commode. Bathroom fan was making terrible noise. Shower stall had broken glass section held in place with chalking. Shower stall was so small that closing the door was nearly impossible after getting in. I'm 6' and weigh 200#. Room floor and moldings were in need of repair. Hotel entrance door handle came off as I tried closing the door. The room had been smoked in as it smelled like cigarette for the first two days. Hotel lobby (if you can call that) smelled cigarette smoke throughout our 4 day stay. There is a bar at the back of the hotel with outdoor steating. The noise and blearing music from the bar kept us awake until 1 am and until 2 am on Friday night. The only thing that was positive about the facility was it's location. The hotel staff did not even bother to greet us during the numerous times we we went in and out despite the fact the very small front desk was only about 8 - 10 feet from the entrance to the hotel and you nearly have to squeeze past the front desk staff who was always engrossed loo

+There is some kind of restaurant or karaoke club under the hotel, it is very noisy at midnight. The rest points is quite fine, the small hotel with not big room in the Asian part of Istanbul, 15 minutes from the Bosphorus and the ferry station
