+Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was great.
−The room was quite damp and musty. We found out how to change the aircon to dehumidify and had to have that running all the time. Once we figured that out it was totally fine! :)

“Best hotel in old quarter”
+Fantastic staff, location and hotel. We stayed in 3 hotels in Hanoi and we have to say this was the best.

+The staff were super helpful with my luggage storing and booking transfer to the airport. I stayed just one night, which was just ok, breakfast was ok as well. Also its located in the center of all.

“Great location. Nice staff.”
+Location is perfect in the old quarter. The staff are so nice, thank you so much Ms. Kathy for helping us organise transport and giving great suggestions for what to do. The breakfast is also really nice and the room can be cleaned whenever you request it.
−Our only small issue was that we couldn't get the hot water to work in our shower properly. Not sure if it was the shower itself or we couldn't figure it out. There is also a bit of noise from outside early in the morning so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs, as that's not something that can be fixed by the hotel.

+The no window room was very quiet, easy to sleep. Location is on a tourist street. The entrance is shared with a spa massage saloon, so first I was bit confused to find the reception. First I choose the hotel because of location in the old quarter, but I soon realized the area is too chaotic and after 7 pm they closed the streets for cars so couldn't order grab taxi. I would choose a place outside old quarter next time, maybe closer to the train street. They provide a breakfast but some food was running out by 9 am and was not refilled. I was charged extra 3% for card payment, so try to pay online if possible. My room was on 4th floor and no elevator, the stairs are narrow, difficult for 2 people to pass. At the checkout they asked to leave 10/10 review on booking and to do the review now, I think this is a bad practice. You can store your luggage. Overall the place is fine, but next time I will try other hotel.

+Clean, well kept hotel. Great location in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Everything you need nearby.
−Unfortunately the sound from outside the room travels. You can hear other guests coming & going, and people on the floors above walking around.
