+I remember this place when it was La Quinta and later Wenatchee Inn. Since it was bought by Clarion Pointe, they have remodeled and updated. It was very clean.
−Nothing to dislike.

“Do not recommend.”
+Front desk staff friendly. Free parking.
−Did not receive the kitchenette King room we requested. We ended up with a double queen room. In town for a funeral and spent lots of time in hotel. Intended to eat meals in room. Did not occur. Paid for the more expensive King room we requested. Upon check-out requested a refund for the $100+ cost of king room we had already paid. Not applied. Contacted customer support, no response. Continue to attempt to get refund. Free breakfast poor.

“Great place to stay overall!”
+Breakfast was great! Loved that there was coffee out in the lobby as well as water all day. Room was clean and comfortable.
−The room should have been cleaned once during our stay without a request and it wasn't. There should also be a shelf of some sort in the bathroom for towels, clothes, etc. or at least another hook or two.

“Overall, I made sure I enjoyed my stay there. But I was disappointed in the rude housekeeper I had to keep dealing with.”
+The front desk staff like Gabby and Nick are always so pleasant. They actually remember me by name now. I enjoy working with them.
−Unfortunately, the housekeeper who was there this time had a huge attitude and even refused to provide me with fresh toweks, even though I handed her my dirty ones. She has made me question my next stay there.

“Our stay was short and will be a one time experience.”
+I appreciated the hotel manager and the accommodations were clean and acceptable.
−When an serious error was made on their part and they closed us out of our room an hour after we checked-in, taking all of our belongings out, the front desk staff member was unwilling to provide true customer service and wanted instead to explain to me over and over WHY they had made an error. I was more interested in how they were going to correct their error and quickly. She was very unpleasant and has no business providing any type of customer service anywhere, in my opinion. It was surprisingly awful. The hotel manager was kind and friendly and I appreciated him stepping in to help. Unfortunately, when we finally got into another room the bathtub drain didn’t work and half the lights were burnt out.
