+The location is very convenient and makes it easy to explore Rome, as many of the main attractions are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, a metro station just steps away for getting to the Vatican, and Termini Station is only about a 15-minute walk, which made the whole trip much easier.
−My main issue was that air conditioning is treated as an additional service, which I found surprising considering how hot Rome can be during the summer. This was mentioned in a very long message with the check-in instructions, so I didn’t fully understand it at first and spent my first night in an extremely hot room; I even tried using a fan I found on the floor, but it was broken and very noisy. The manager was very helpful the next day and did not charge me for the AC, which I appreciated, but together with small details such as the TV remote having no batteries, it made the stay feel a little below what I would expect for the price.

−EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF and UNINHABITABLE Rooms. Doors are jammed, extremely filthy bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, lack of communication and most importantly no running water.

+Ficamos em Roma por 5 dias, então a localização é perfeita! Ônibus em frente ao prédio, elevador, mercadinho próximo. Se quer praticidade, este é o local certo para se hospedar.

+Posizione vicino alla stazione e sopra ristorante italiano ottimo. Disponibilità dello staff a farci lasciare i bagagli Ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check in era cortese nonostante non conosca bene l'italiano. Phon in camera e ci mettevano in ordine la camera ogni giorno.
−Materassi troppo morbidi. Polvere sotto il pavimento. Pavimento in generale molto impolverato. Porta non isolava i suoni fuori quindi abbiamo sentito diversi rumori. Bagno angusto, non c'era pressione dell'acqua del rubinetto, doccia con la muffa. Ci hanno cancellato la prenotazione a pochi giorni dall'arrivo e ho dovuto prenotare di nuovo con un extra di 20 euro, l'ho riportato al personale responsabile delle prenotazioni e se n'è lavato le mani dicendomi di parlare con booking. Ho lavorato nell'hotelerie per 5 anni e conosco il settore, potevano benissimo gestirla loro e comunicare a booking che ci avevano fatto pagare meno e pagare anche loro meno di commissioni. Camera piccola, senza frigorifero, abbiamo scoperto al check out che c'era una cucina in comune. Poca comunicazione al check in

“Soha többet nem mennék vissza!”
+A szálláshoz nem tartozott reggeli de a higiéniai gondok miatt jobb is. Aki szereti a nyüzsgő zajos ,bulizós éjszakákat ,annak kifejezetten jó választás. Busz a kapuban áll meg a vasútállomás is közel van.
