“Houskeeping, listing needs improving”
+- Pets accepted, no extra charge. - Very spacious - Separate freezer compartment - Missing kitchen parts were quickly delivered - Lots of potential
−- Description of the place needs updating. What we missed most is that you do only have access to the washer if you stay at least 7 days. Something you only learn after booking. - No dedicated parking spot. Not in front of room. - Not the promised ground floor: 6 steps to access - A/C only in bedroom area. No door to bedroom. No cloth hanger. Only 2 reading lights. - Tiny kitchen sink of 25 x 25 cm. Nothing to do dishes with. - No surfaces to prepare meal although there would be the space for it. - Underside of exhaust greasy, needs cleaning - Freezer needs defrosting - No spare garbage bags - Grotty kettle - For four people: 3 knifes, 2 forks, 1 soup spoon, 1 tea spoon, 3 bowls, 2 mugs. We had to chase the toaster. Obviously the kitchen supplies were not checked. - No broom! (Staying with dogs!) - Fridge/Freezer opens the wrong way round. Door needs to be swapped. - Table only 50 x 100 cm although there would be ample space for a much larger table. - So much space, so little surfaces or storage space. - Internet to slow. We expected better for $ 115.-/night

+I liked that it was close to a Tim Hortons. The space was open concept and had some kitchens items to use for cooking. I liked that the location was not downtown and in a quieter location.
−The bed did not have a flat sheet, just the comforter and it was very low to the ground. They provided a coffee pot, but no filters. A reusable filter would have been nice.

−Details....the paint job on the walls was amateurish, the clock on the wall needed1 AA battery replaced, the microwave started up and kept going even when the door was open (extremely dangerous), the mattress was so close to the floor it was like crawling into a sleeping bag. Anyone with a minor disability would find it very difficult to get up and out of the bed, the shower head was so restrictive in water, that a shower was extremely unsatisfying, not a hanger in the place. I guess I hardly have to say I would not stay there again.
