“Generally disappointing but could be much better with a few improvements”
+The room was OK and had a well equipped kitchen area. Being central, there are many excellent food options within walking distance
−Firstly, it was disappointing to be in a place that was definitely not the one advertised in the photos and different to the location that came up on the map. The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress is worn out and needs replacing. Otherwise, the space is OK but small generally. I stayed 2 nights - the first was very noisy with construction work going on until about 11pm or so, the sound of preaching for several hours and general noise from the stage and the surrounding streets. The 2nd night was better though!

+I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Madam Asha was exceptionally accommodating, even arranging for someone to guide me to the property when I arrived at around 4:00 a.m., and she remained responsive and communicative throughout my stay. The property was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and conveniently located close to essential amenities while still being situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
−I had a very pleasant stay overall and did not encounter any significant issues. Everything was well maintained and met my expectations based on the description and photos provided.
