“Uncomfortable other places could be in village but comfort is important”
+The workers were friendly
−The property is in need of renovation. The interior paint looks worn, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room, no towels were provided, and the toilet brush was simply a cut plastic bottle. It also seemed as though my room had not been cleaned before I checked in, as the bathroom had a noticeable bad odor. I was also informed that payment had to be made at the property, but they did not have a card payment machine available. As a result, I had to leave the property and find the nearest ATM to withdraw cash in Tanzanian shillings, which was quite inconvenient.

+Very charming place. The bungalows are beautiful!
−The water in our bathroom did not work and unfortunately it took them several days to fix so we ended up having to use the bathroom of another room (we were the only guests at the hotel, so maybe that already says sth...). The payment was a mess...

“Sadly disappointing.”
+The garden is beautiful. Lucy and the kitchen team are delughtful. The bed was comfortable.
−Our room was double booked. We were told this on the day of our arrival as we flew in from Zanzibar. Over the phone we were offered an alternative 'luxury bungalow'. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 11.30pm otherwise we would never have accepted the room. It smelt, there was nowhere to put anything. The door wouldnt open properly. The paintwork was grubby and the shower was filthy. We have stayed in 5 other hotels in Tanzania this August and this was a huge contrast to all the others. And, despite advertising that they accept card payments, they wont.

“Immer wieder toll!”
+Wir haben hier schon mehrfach übernachtet, weil es immer so schön ist. Herzliches Personal, ein toller Garten mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu relaxen, außergewöhnliche Bungalows, nette Hunde, großartiges Essen.
