“Great place for solo traveller”
+Very clean secure location for a solo female. Owner was more than helpful. Bed was comfy, room was spotless, easy to get to from Picadilly train station.

“Unsafe stay - ignored by the host”
−During my stay, another guest in the property behaved in a way that made me feel unsafe : loud noises, slamming doors, and unpredictable behaviour during the night. I want to stress that this is not the host’s fault, as they cannot control who books the property. I contacted the host to explain what happened and asked if they could report this guest to Booking.com so other guests wouldn’t face the same situation, but I never received an answer. Overall, the guest’s behaviour was intimidating and made me feel genuinely scared, and it feels like it wasn’t taken seriously as I’ve never had an answer.

“Cheap central location.”
+Having read the reviews and seen the photos it was a expected, basic. Centrally located which was perfect for my visit and that's what made me book it to be honest as well as the price. The arrival instruction was easy to watch/navigate. The room I knew was compact but that was fine as I knew I wasn't going to be spending much time there apart from to sleep. The bed in the mezzanine, equally fine, infact quite cosy. I could see the kitchenette in photos so brought my own tea bags along as I didn't think there would be any amenities provided.
−It could do with a thorough deep clean, especially the bathroom and the kitchen counter/ sink area. It might be an idea to leave a note in the rooms about having consideration for those in next door rooms at night. The partition wall between rooms 3 & 4 is paper thin. My first night neighbour was crash bang walloping all hours .. opening his door, going to the loo (and not closing that one) slamming his door closed again, plug in the wall then obviously watching motorbike videos very loud and leaving a sink full of hairy water in the bathroom before his departure! Quite a disruption. Pleased to say the second night was much better with an obviously different neighbour. Because there is vinyl flooring throughout it's very echoey especially in the early hours.

+Value for money, clear check-in instructions, good location in the city.
−Walls are very thin and very little sound proofing, so I heard everything when another person was moving around in the apartment. Woke up early as the neighbour wasn't keeping quiet as they got up. Bed was just a mattress on a solid floor of a loft.

“Very good”
+The room was small, but perfectly fine for sleeping. The photos online gave a good impression, so no suprise with the stairs one has to climb to get to the bed. Location is super central and most things in walking distance. The price was reasonable for the room and the location.
−The bathroom had a weird smell and could have been cleaner.

“Good location, basic accomadation”
+Location is really central. Good choice if you are planning to just have quick bite in the kitchen and use the place for sleeping only. The owner is helpful, responds quickly. He let me leave my bags 1 hour past check out time which is 11am.
−The common areas need a deep clean. There is a simple bank to sit, but If you wished for a comfortable sofa and a tv thats not in this location. The bed is a simple matress. Not uncomfortable but people with neck or back problems will have trouble.
