−Good afternoon. I stayed at your farm lastnight and arrived about 9.20 in my booking I stated I would arrive between 8.00-10.00 I am really disappointed with my stay. At first the lighting outside is very poor. Me and my partner had to use the light on our phones to see where we were going. We rang the door twice and there was no answer so we went to the next home to see if there was a code key on that door as I was given a code in my confirmation booking. As I came away from the second door I fell off the very steep step and hurt my ankle. I then went to the other door again and rang the number and a woman answered. When I told her we couldnt get in she laughed at us. I asked if she could meet us outside which she laughed again and said she dont live there. To me she was clearly on something. I was in extreme pain and had a lady laughing down the phone at me. I then rang the bell again and a man answered and then showed us to our room and said he just lives there. There was noone around to report my accident too or this morning. I have spent all my afternoon in A&E with a suspected fracture and have been told I need to take time off work. Never did I think when booking this my exp

“Pretty and good value”
+I loved all the animals, the breakfast was great and the bed was comfy. The owner of the house was nice too. The location was lovely, and it all felt very farm-like.
−The dogs didn't like other dogs and spent a long time barking at her when we first got there.

“A great value stay on a very friendly farm!”
+We had a great - quirky and fun - stay here, the hosts made us very welcome and we had plenty of room. The bedroom was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, the breakfast provision particularly generous. Guests make their own breakfast and clear up afterwards. Seeing all the animals on the farm was a treat, and the value for money exceptional.
−A little rustic but the description was accurate so we didn't find any major surprises except nice ones!

“A little corner of paradise”
+If you like a quiet corner of countryside, this is it. The morning starts with the rooster crowing, the views are so beautiful and the room so comfy and cosy. You have also access to the living room and kitchen. I loved the decor too, especially the bathroom. Would definitely go back!!!

“Smells awful but somewhere to rest your head if needed.”
+The bed was reasonably comfortable. A fan was provided. The view in the morning is incredible.
−No information on checking in. No room number provided so I didn’t know which room I was in. The living room smelt horrifically of cat urine and that smell carried up the stairs. We were not greeted or sent information about the stay therefore I didn’t know where the kitchen was or if we should just walk through the door we found in the dark upon arrival. Old cobwebs and new cobwebs with spiders in all corners of the bedroom. Felt like I had intruded rather than rented a room. The smell of the cat urine was awful. Grateful to the housekeeper who’s number was on the front door, as she talked me through where to go to my bedroom.
