“Property is good but good scope of improvement”
+Supportive Nature of Lady who made breakfast in time. Room size is very good
−Hotel water facility is not working. Uncle, Owner of Villa, is like school principal. When I have given 20000 cash against bill of 18076 and they have told that they haven't changed so I have told to take round figure (18100) and they have deducted 19000 that was bad behavior so I have taken 100 rupees from friend and given them to get back 1000 rupees.

“Owner was disappointing 😑”
+The room was big enough for me to stay and the room was clean.Washroom was good with facilities.
−The owner of this place was disappointing for me because he charged me unnecessary service charge around 1440 LKR and he gave me some tips to visiting places of Kandy and he also managed a car for me.But he was very rude to me because i did not give him any tips for his help and he bacame very angry to me and started to humiliating me.I understand one thing that he helps people only to get money from them with his fake good behaviour and fake smile. I will recommend everyone while staying in this place please be very cautious about the owner of this hotel because he will charge you unnecessarily. One more thing the location is far from the center and transport facilities in that area is not good enough.

“Great stay in a great house with great hosts.”
+Hot water, WiFi, a/c, parking for my Tuk Tuk, standard outlets (charging isn’t an issue), 2 beds, 3 tables, large room and large bathroom, bottled water. Come to where the air is fresh and clean! Stores in super close walking distance 1- 2 mins away. Host is nice as can be and super helpful. Large balcony with furniture attached to room was awesome. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful, even though I asked for smaller portions. Loved my stay and got great recommendations on things to do, and places to stay in other areas. Tissa’s suggestions provided huge savings! Photos in listing are correct. Such a great deal!!! Thanks for a great stay. 🙏 - per other reviews, yes there were some ants on one area of the wall by the shower only. Not all over the floor, not in the bedroom and not in the bed. They won’t bother you. I still choose to stay longer and rate the property a 10. That is just how it goes sometimes in a hot and humid place - regardless of the country. The room/bathroom and house are clean!

“Superb”
+Very nice place, quiet and close to the river, a couple of minutes tuk tuk drive to the center, but the family helps to arrange and is absolutly helpful and sweet in all other aspects as well. Spacious room with a sunny balcony.

+Room is Very big specious also wash room maintained clean .breakfast was testy.
−While booking time A/C included in the package from booking.com.but last moment villa incharge informed me about A/C is not working,then managed with normal fan .faced little bit uncomfortable in the night due to A/C is not repaired during the stay. Internet is limited only for chatting or calling but not allowed to video calling so I was not aware about this Booking.com not mentioned in the package. Room cleaning happing every 3 days once. Villa is located near by roadside due to that horn disturbance felt early morning. Supermarket is far from the accommodation.
