“Nice location but bad service at the restaurant”
+The location by the river. The green around the chalets. The rooms are comfortable.
−The service was a disaster. Restaurant service super slow, even the breakfast took 20 minutes to arrive. It was just a basket of bread, cakes and fruit, I don’t understand how it took so long to arrive. The lunch and dinner also took forever to arrive, we even had to cancel a tour on the first day because our lunch didn’t arrive in time.

“Gostei muito e voltaria a me hospedar lá.”
+Gostei da pousada, bem rústica, no meio de arvores, muito agradável. Pessoal muito atencioso e simpático. Comida boa. Prainha muito agradável na beira do rio.
−Falta do frigobar e um pouco afastado da cidade, necessitando de taxi para ir e voltar.

“Ótimo custo benefício”
+A pousada é bem agradável, atende super bem para a estadia nos lençóis. Café da manhã delicioso, jantamos 3 noites na pousada e a comida estava bem gostosa também.
−Os funcionários de um modo geral não são muito simpáticos. Mas isso não atrapalhou nossa estadia.

“Péssima!”
−Conceito rústico não significa ausência de cuidado. Quarto empoeirado, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade ruim, quarto quente, preço de acomodação superior (não luxo). O ápice foi a presença de PERERECA no banheiro do quarto (2 em um período de 12 horas). Havíamos reservado 3 noites, ao solicitarmos o checkout com 2 dias de antecedência o proprietário não esboçou qualquer reação para saber a razão da antecipação, demonstrando total desinteresse com a satisfação dos seus clientes (pela postura acredita que está fazendo favor, não sabe se colocar no seu lugar de prestador de serviço). NÃO RECOMENDO! Existem opções nas proximidades com valores iguais ou até menores e que entregam um serviço MUITO melhor!

“Maravilhosa !”
+Café da manhã otimo , servido na mesa , porém bastante variado . A localização , acomodação e Restaurantes muito bons. Toda equipe simpaticos e atenciosos, o Mateus foi muito Especial no atendimento . O Hotel é magico , cada detalhe, e o Espaço a beira do Rio Alegre é um espetaculo a parte. O Hotel tem um jardim tão maravilhoso e é tão bem distribuido e tranquilo .
−Em particular eu adoraria ter secador de cabelo, mas não que isto desabone o Hotel que é bem voltado ao natural . Ou seja, não teve o que não gostei

“Viva a natureza”
+Equipe super prestativa, cafe da manhã espetacular, barzinho à beira do rio, restaurante e o fato de estar no meio da natureza. Tive um problema fora da Ciamat e pedi ajuda, eles foram cruciais para a resolução.

+Un angolo di paradiso immerso nella natura di un Brasile selvaggio. Struttura complemente integrata in in giardino meraviglioso e con una spiggetta, sul fiume, incantevole. Buoni i servizi di colazione/cena. Fulvia, la proprietaria, una persona deliziosa che ti conquista con la sua gentilezza e i suoi racconti.
−Anfrebbe fatta un po di manutenzione nella stanza dove alloggiavo.
