“The worst customer service I have ever experienced and the most moldiest shower”
+Main problem: We return to the room around midnight on the last night. But as soon as we start to take a shower the power goes out, no electricity in the whole room. (I’m literally standing in the dark shower). Because the power didn’t come back the next ten minutes, we peek into the office and there’s also no power. We waiting, maybe half an hour when it came back. But only for one minutes maybe then it goes out again. This is where all our worst experience began. We loudly shouted out "WHY.GOD.WHY" and then there was 2 minutes of laughter. Half an hour later, someone knocks on our door. It was a man, we didn’t know who he was, he didn’t introduce himself or tell us why he was there. He says he hears us screaming and the other residents who pay for their rooms they want to sleep, and If we educate, we don’t act like that. The side part, it was a super hot day 35C degree heatwave all day. And we walk all over Rome, it was a lot. We really want to take a shower. And most importantly to charge our phones because it was our last night and we flew out next day 10PM. We can’t check in a plane ticket because our phones goes off (using photos and maps all day). “Great little spot!”
+Fabulous little spot, clean & basic but if you’re here for a short stay you don’t need anything more. Over the road from the bus station and 20 minute walk to the coliseum. It’s also in the middle of a vibrant restaurant area! The only drawback is the noise from the traffic but you can shut your windows, there is air con available. Nice little breakfast also at the start of the day! Well worth the money!

“Worth it if your going for a few days”
+Right next to the train station which was handy as bus to the airport is there . Only 20 minute walk from colosseum and loads to see on the way. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and brought you breakfast in bed every morning which was good . You do pay for what you get so don’t expect the ritz , but the room was decent and clean. Only thing we had an issue with was finding it as there is no sign so after a lap of the block we decided to look at a panel of buzzers which had the B and B name on it . So maybe needs a sign somewhere . If you stay here then try and get room 3 as it was very spacious compared to room 1 which we caught a glimpse of.

“Do NOT stay here”
+We stayed here one night after arriving via train from Venice late and had an early flight out in the morning. The ONLY positive about this place was the proximity to the Termini station. Our room and bathroom smelled like mold and out white sheets had stains on them. Our room door would not unlock from the inside to let us out! We were literally locked in our room! It took like 5 minutes jiggling the lock & handle to get out! Save your $$ and don't stay here...gross.

“The best place to stay in Rome.”
+The best place to stay in Rome. Firstly, in our check in, Elena's husband welcome us and gave us useful tips about visiting Rome. Our room was very clean and is cleaned daily. Also, they served us breakfast.The Wi-Fi was very fast. The room is next to Termini(about 3 minutes by foot) and very close to many attractions. Be aware that thare's a tax 3.50€ per night per person.The room was much better than I thought. Certainly one of the best airbnb choices.

“Excellent experience”
+Very clean room with a comfortable bed, 20 minute walk from the Colosseum, staff were lovely and bought us a croissant, orange juice and coffee up to us every morning. Definitely recommended for those who are looking for a tidy place to sleep at night in a great location and feeling safe!

“Looks can certainly be deceiving... and just as well!!”
+I booked this B&B on booking.com for my wife's birthday. I booked in January for september. It was the first time we'd used this site and the first time we'd travelled to Rome.... what could possibly go wrong... we got an early flight and caught the train into Rome. The B&B was a 2 min walk from the station...walking to where we staying my hopes started to fade.. the area was covered in graffiti and looked really busy . Everywhere we looked we were offered discount buses and tourist stuff... we were, after all, fresh off the boat so to speak... the B&B is a converted apartment in a block of flats, which were not much to look at from outside.. but the apartment itself was lovely!! It was clean and spacious, the ensuite bathroom had a sink toilet and shower and the room had air conditioning and window shutters to help with the heat. The manager who met us was most welcoming and knowledgeable.. she showed us to our room . asked us what time we'd like breakfast in the morning and then started giving us the best advice on where the sites were and the quickest and most interesting routes to get there. Breakfast was fresh loaded croissants from a local bakery with coffee and orange juice.

“Lovely clean room, friendly hostess and great location!”
+I m not sure why the other reviews are so harsh, we had a wonderful stay there. From the minute we arrived we were made welcome and everything was lovely. The appt block was easy to find and in the perfect location on arrival at the station. The room was always clean and bed made every day. BReakfast was lovely and overall we would definately stay again. Very reasonable price too.

“Wonderful owner so ready to please”
+Excellent value for money. Very close to train and bus station connecting to airport. Host very accomodating . Many eating places close by . Highly recommended. Has hair dryer . Bed a bit creaky but fine - cleanliness very good
