“Great value for the price”
+Close to the city center, great value for the price! It’s a little loud from the street but have a real Sicilian vibe this apartment! You’ll find everything you need for a short city break. The host is very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend this one

+Eliseo and his wife were wonderful hosts. Ecen though we booked just shortly before arriving, they reserved a parking spot for us right in front of the house. We arrived with a broken car and a sick child and Eliseo helped us find a car mechanic and doctor and checked in with us regularly. They really went an extra mile for us!! The location is also great - bars and restaurants right around the corner and walkable distance to the city center. We can warmly recommend the apartment! Grazie mille Eliseo!!!

+Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from Piazza Duomo and few steps away from Piazza Garibaldi. The host was very comunicative and gave us lots of tips, would defo reccommend it to anyone visiting Catania!

“Great Host and Great Little Apartment”
+Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, close to the historic centre. The host was very prompt to respond, helped us get to the property and was always available to assist whenever we needed help. He dropped us off to a recommended restaurant late in the evening and went out of his way to make our stay in Catania very positive.

+I really appreciated the thoughtful details the host left in the apartment, such as coffee, cookies, and wine. The small kitchen was very well equipped, and the towels and bathroom were extremely clean and tidy. We also had a parking spot literally right in front of the entrance, which felt very safe and convenient. The apartment is located in a rustic building, and although you climb up by narrow stairs, it actually adds charm to the whole stay. We were there with two children and felt very comfortable , there was more than enough space for all of us. Whenever we asked for any information, the host responded immediately and provided everything we needed. Overall, a truly charming, comfortable, and pleasant stay that exceeded our expectations.

“Nice , clean place, good location.”
+Very friendly and helpful owner, who also reserved us a parking space before our arrival (though it is not a permanently reserved space). Big apartment, clean, good location, 20 minute walk to the main square. All doors were opened hotel style with a card.
−Bad/broken bed or mattress. One half basically had a hole in the middle, and you would sink in. Parking can be difficult to find. No oven in the apartment if you are looking for that.

+호스트의 친절함. 객실 컨디션에 비해 청결함.
−샤워기 물이 너무 약함. 그럼에도 불구하고 샤워실 물이 안빠짐. 그래서 씻지 못했음. 방음 전혀 안됨. 채광안됨. 계단이 많으니 대형 캐리어 이동시 고려해야됨 호스트에게서 유료주차 10유로로 안내 받았는데 주차장 주인이 15유로 요구해서 어쩔수 없이 지불함. (유료주차공간은 관리는 확실함)

+Ein rundum wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die herzlichen und aufmerksamen Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert! ❤️
