“A huge dissatisfaction and disappointment”
+The location is excelent
−Definitely not worth the money we paid for the stay in the villa. It was a huge disappointment, compared what we experienced 1,5 years ago. The service and food in barro cocina is a disaster, have to ask for basics, it’s not service and food expected in that price level. Difficult to understand the michelin guide star, it’s in every promo, tye disappointing experience whit that restaurant. Not even mention one night without water in the villa.

“Perfect”
+Secluded in the middle of nowhere, you will find the most amazing views. The staff is super friendly always ready to help you solve anything you need
−Would be nice to have a space to hang up your clothes

“Beautiful setting but fell short for a Michelin rating.”
+Beautiful setting. Staff was friendly and Luca the dog was a bonus. Matias created an itinerary to make our stay more enjoyable.
−Sewage odor both in the room and the restaurant. We requested transfer to airport and the car sent was not sufficient for 4 people and luggage. This resort falls far short of a Michelin 5 star level. Staff is not trained for customer service other than Matias. In addition fruits, cheese and nuts that are laid out for breakfast are not easily accessible.

Me surpreendeu bastante . Fizemos massagens e foi muito relaxante. Adoramos
