“Excellent location, great size apartment”
+The location of the property is excellent if you’re looking to explore the whole of Budapest, but especially so if the Jewish quarter is your scene with its bars, restaurants and general buzz. The property itself is a good size and functional - seating/lounge area, well serviced kitchen area (open plan to lounge), shower room and a decent bedroom with plenty of cupboard and shelf space. Extra pillows, duvet etc available. The building feels safe and there is someone on reception most of the time. Stayed for 5 nights in December
−Despite being advertised as non-smoking, there’s a permanent odour of stale smoke which has permeated into the sofa, beds and some other soft furnishings. Ventilating the room via a window is a short term solution, but impractical in the cold or when it’s raining hard. The waft whenever you get back through the front door is strong. The bed linen is stained yellow in places, and had a blood stain on one of the duvet covers - not very enticing!

“The city of Budapest is amazing, the experience with the actual booking was the worst so far.”
+As it was my 3rd time in Budapest, I'm familiar with the City Centre. So the location was chosen accordingly.
−The Apartment we got is way different from the one booked. Twice smaller, lacking some of the facilities described in the original booking. The self check-in details have been sent 1h after the actual check-in time, so we're stranded outside, waiting. Even if we've been offered the possibility of moving to a bigger apartment, noone has replyied afterwards, The host has never answered via WhatsApp or Viber.

“Great location, modern, comfortable apartment”
+The location was amazing, and the flat was bright, reasonably clean (if you didn't look under the bed) and modern. The bathroom was large and modern and had a washing machine. One side of the bed was adjustable, though we didn't utilize it. Lots of closet space and the apartment is well laid out and security is excellent. Plenty of kosher and vegan eateries as well as grocery stores nearby.
−The kitchen was not as well-equipped as I'd like. There were only one saucepan and 2 skillets. We were not provided with a new dish sponge or any washing machine detergent, so we bought our own. There was no salt, pepper, or sugar. Not even a mixing bowl for serving a salad or pasta. I shared these comments directly with the owner who seemed open to the feedback. I did not understand that this was a private apartment (like and AirBnB) and not an apartment hotel. Nowhere was that clear to me. There were only 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels. Extra towels and dish towels would have been nice. The windows were high on the wall and in the ceiling so there was no way to look out over the city from this 5th floor apt. Every night - in the middle of the night there was shouting and laughing heard from the street below at all hours - 2-3 am and even 6am on the weekend. It was very disturbing. The bed is basically 2 twin mattresses put together so there's a gap or seam in the middle. I did not find the bed super comfortable. No kitchen table, but bar with barstool seating instead.

−Bonjour, L’emplacement de l’appartement est excellent. Cependant, la chambre n’est pas propre et le lit n’est pas confortable. Les couvertures sont insuffisantes et trop fines, elles ne conviennent pas au froid. La connexion internet ne fonctionne pas. De plus, il manque certains ustensiles de cuisine. Merci de bien vouloir régler ces problèmes dans les plus brefs délais. Cordialement.

“Emplacement et appartement correct, gaché par un échafaudage et du bruit tous les matins!!!!!”

−Un echafaudage ( avec des baches ) etait placé devant nos 2 fenetres durant la moitié de notre séjour. ( jusque jeudi ) Des travaux bruynats dans la résidence commencait tous les matins des 6h00 du matin ( jusque jeudi )

“Apartamento bien ubicado”
+Gran ubicación del apartamento a 2 min de la estación de metro de Opera i muy cerca de los Ruin Bars. Esta todo muy cerca a pie unos 10-15 min handando.
−Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con el apartamento que se nos derivo. Teniamos en mente que ibamos donde las fotos. Pero no correspondieron. El apartamento que nos toco estubo bien, pequeñito pero esperabamos lo de las fotos. Al final es por lo que pagas tambien. Las almohadas de la cama se podrian sustituir.

−המצעים היו מלוכלכים, מגבות ישנות וקשות, ריח רע במסדרון ובחדרים, ריח של ביוב כשמפעילים את הונטה. עברנו מלון באמצע הטיול.
