“Do not book this place , it is a complete tourist trap.”
+Leaving
−Do not book this place , it is a complete tourist trap. When we arrived, the reception was unmanned. We had to contact someone via WhatsApp, and instead of being welcomed, we were threatened. They told us we would not receive the key to our room unless we paid for the transfer again , even though we had already paid for it in full. Once we finally gained access to the property, things only got worse. The resort looked completely abandoned and nothing like the photos online. It was in terrible condition and honestly quite shocking to see. Our room was filthy. Nothing had been cleaned. There was dirt everywhere, visible mold, and an overall feeling of neglect. It was a complete mess. The swimming pool looked like it had turned into a garbage dump rather than a place to relax. There was never any staff available to speak to or to file a complaint with. We felt completely abandoned. When we decided to leave early because the situation was unbearable, we were told we would not receive any refund. We essentially lost our money. It was a horrible experience that ruined our vacation , and the worst part is that they simply do not seem to care.

+Friendly staff, decent size room, good Aircon, lovely proximity to the beach - we used the restaurant at Coco for breakfast and dinner each day so staff let us wander through to access the public beach beyond their limits too. Convenience store very close by. No noise from nightclubs etc while we were there! Cool jungley surrounds - we saw coatis and opossums in the trees. Tulum beach is generally expensive - this is a good option if you need something a bit more budget friendly
−Some noise from the road during the night, alongside coatis running on the roof, a few mosquitos in the room and a scorpion at one point. Luckily the friendly man from the shop next door had to come and help me deal with it as the owner was nowhere to be found!!

“A very comfortable stay in a very good location.”
+The room was very comfortable and clean and the complimentary coffee delicious. Due to experience outside of our control we were very late and stressed when we arrived at the property. Our host, Sergio was very kind and hospitable. Sergio and Joy looked after us exceptionally well:)

+Good room and very clean. The location was also very good.
−Basically no staff and I thought I made a reservation for the dome. But it was a 1st floor room.

“Impeccable stay”
+Everything was perfect, constant communication on whatsapp to ask how the stay was going, they were very helpful in organizing the taxi reservation from/to the airport and always answered to all my requests of information. The room was tidied every day and was super welcoming. The public beach is amazing and just 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Everyone was really kind and they made me feel at home. Would definitely recommend this place!
