+They were very quick to get me a room!
−The elevators were broken and it was like a maze getting through the place. The one that worked was scary and broke down a couple of times.

+Staff was pleasant, helpful and courteous. Quiet. Large room.
−Shower dispensers didn’t work. No emergency information in room. Only one chair. Small TV screen not visible from bed.

“Could have been nice if the no smoking rule was enforced. Very hard to be in the halls.”
+Location in regard to McCormick Place.
−It was terrible to be in a hotel in which i was unable to see local television or news. The Roku setup in the rooms is not user friendly.

“I won’t be using them anymore”
+Clean outside, room was spacious
−No coffee in the room, only 2 pillows on the bed. The housekeeper who brought the coffee and pillows was grumpy and didn’t appear to believe the room was without a coffee pot and coffee. Hotel hallway smelled like marijuana. The restaurant was closed.

“The worse experience of my life.”
+Absolutely nothing!!!!
−There was no fridge no microwave, the ice machines didn’t work. There was a guy who claimed to be the manager with room keys to every room . The door didn’t lock, the guy in the front was smoking weed . The whole hotel smelled like weed. The “staff” were rude and were no help to nothing . I had to leave the next day and get a different hotel . I felt extremely unsafe . The curtains were hanging , there was holes in the ceiling. I would never come back!!!
