“Overall, my parents said it was a wonderful stay/trip and they gushed about it to everyone.”
+Not sure about breakfast as I didnt get feedback. I booked the reservation for my parents. They said the room was beautiful. It was a great location and really close to everything.
−Exterior needs some updating but once they got inside they were pleasantly surprised.

“Jack was very good to us even though we were there in the off season.”
+The Victorian House with parking!
−The dining room was cold and breakfast did not stay hot.

“Wonderfully unique and beautiful place with a special atmosphere, I can’t wait to return!”
+The whole house was wonderfully charming and cozy. We stayed in the Rose Room, very comfortable bed with a unique and beautiful feel around the whole room. The breakfast was great, and there was access to a shared living room, sunroom, and dining room on the main floor, and tea room upstairs with a shared full-size fridge and kettle. Great location with a bus stop just outside, and a gorgeous view from our bedroom and private balcony to the water. It felt like I was staying in a Jane Austen novel! Pleasant staff and a delightful stay overall!
−I would have liked a curtain covering the window on the door to the balcony for privacy. A lock on the door to the balcony would have felt more secure as well. However, we felt safe and very comfortable the entire time. While these are suggestions for improvement, I would absolutely recommend this place, and indeed have already booked a room for my next stay!

“Delapadated dwelling”
+The location and our room was clean.
−Breakfast was ice cold. No choice of what we wanted. Served and never returned to check if everything was ok. The property outside is in rough shape. Weeds everywhere, chipped paint everywhere... The owner is definitely not concerned. If you saw this place in person before booking no one would ever stay here. The one and.only thing was the room was clean. I would never recommend it to anyone..

“It was just OK but has the potential to be much better”
+Excellent location
−The property needs considerable updating. The property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There was no full time owner or manager on the premises besides the very nice young man who prepared the breakfasts.

“The location is great, loved the free parking and the breakfast was excellent.”
+We love the location of the property. It was within walking distance to Niagara Falls and all of the attractions. Our host, Jack was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.
−Due to a scheduling mixup of my own doing, we were actually upgraded to an entire house, which was not a bad thing. The downfall is that I’m not sure if anyone had stayed there in a while because it wasn’t very clean. The bed was also a little uncomfortable, but considering we stayed there for one night, it wasn’t too bad.
