+It’s a run down property, best thing is able to accommodate large amount of people and the bbq pit is right at the front of the chalet.

+Your reason- Due to upgrading to digital line, no network at all. You should have an alternative for guest. What can you do in the night without TV programmes. Not even the mediacorp basic channel .

“Will not come again.”
+Wifi not working! Tv not working! Water heater not working! The staff so rude, can't even satisfy the customer needs! Only give a nonsense complimentary little stuff like tables n fridge! Doesn't even feel like a chalet! Worst ever experience! Even the staff name of Nithia said he is the incharged, been talking to him about my needs not helpful only say can't do anything about it, like seriously incharged? Worst.

“spoilt”
+To be honest the place its already a good spot where amenities are all nearby just a walking distance except furing the night time when the back gate are closed. For me to be paying that amount for just one night its not worth it. First of all towel with stains the telephone cant be used at all n the tv oh my god it is spoilt n the plug itself are broken. To think u guys gave us a list of anything that is spoilt or broken or eith any stains you have the right to deduct from the deposit money. You should have checked your room first before handing it to us. N lastly when i call the receptionist to inform them they told me they would send their guys over to check. Till midnight no one came to check. The unit is cherryloft blk J unit 02
