“Crazy episode, with no charm”
+The staff were friendly and the location (except the noise at night from the street)
−I stayed in a mixed 4-bed dorm (in the lack of other options). It was me, another woman, and two men. In the middle of the night I heard someone peeing, and as I was capable of being aware of what was happening I saw the guy from the bunk bed in front of my bed, holding his dick outside the bed curtains peeing directly to the floor. Disgusting, you can imagine what was next, the smell, the floor completely wet, and thoughts around how I was getting out of bed being a woman alone with two guys (the other woman just left before this happened).

“Terrible”
+Only location in the city
−THE WORST HOSTEL EXPERIENCE , COCKROACHES, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR GUESTS! I strongly advise everyone to think twice before booking this hostel. Our experience was absolutely unacceptable, and what makes it even worse is the management’s complete unwillingness to take responsibility. 1. WE WERE LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT DESPITE INFORMING THE HOSTEL ABOUT OUR ARRIVAL. We informed the hostel IN ADVANCE through Booking.com about our late arrival and provided our expected arrival time. When we arrived in Lisbon late at night after our flight, we found ourselves standing outside a locked building with absolutely no way to get in. We spent approximately 20 minutes calling, knocking and desperately trying to contact someone. NOTHING. No answer, no assistance, no instructions. Even residents of the building tried to help us contact the hostel, but nobody responded. Imagine arriving in a foreign country in the middle of the night, exhausted after a flight, only to discover that the accommodation you have already PAID FOR is completely inaccessible. We were eventually forced to find another hostel and pay an additional €35 just to have somewhere to sleep.

+Staff was very nice
−Not very clean. Very noisy. Staff kept coming in at all hours to show the room past 11. Bathrooms did not lock properly and no locks on the bedrooms or anywhere to secure luggage.
