−Room Feedback: Serious Issues with Hygiene and Facilities "I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations due to several serious issues: • Persistent Odor and Ventilation: There was a strong, persistent sewage smell inside the room. When we tried to use the ventilation to clear it, the system unfortunately made the odor even worse. • Security and Privacy Concerns: Since the room was located on the ground level and very close to the street, we felt uncomfortable and unsafe leaving the windows open. This meant we were trapped with the bad smell as we couldn't ventilate the room safely. • Lack of Management Support: We reported the odor issue to the staff, and while we were promised that the room would be cleaned/treated with a fragrance, nobody ever came to resolve the situation. • Heating Issues: The room was quite cold. However, we couldn't use the air conditioning to heat the space because turning it on intensified the sewage smell to an unbearable level. • Connectivity Problems: The Wi-Fi credentials provided on the wall were incorrect. “Hogar pequeño pero con todo lo necesario”
+Es un apartamento muy bonito que cumple con lo necesario. En todo momento nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en casa. La ubicación es bastante buena ya que cerca está el palacio Real y paradas de metro.
−Nada a comentar, lo que usamos del alojamiento todo perfecto, quizás lo peor las almohadas pero cogiendo cojines del sofá se soluciona

+Muy buena estadía en Madrid. El departamento estaba bien equipado, era luminoso y la cama muy cómoda. Si bien es un estudio, nos resultó cómodo y bastante amplio para este tipo de alojamiento. Además, el check-in a distancia fue muy sencillo y práctico. En general, fue una muy buena opción para alojarse en Madrid, cómoda, funcional y bien equipada.
−Como punto a tener en cuenta, aunque la ubicación en sí es buena, no está tan bien conectado con transporte público: para llegar al metro hay que caminar unas 8 cuadras. Tampoco encontramos supermercados muy cerca, lo cual puede ser algo menos cómodo para estadías más largas.
