“The disgusting hotel. Who refuses to clean the room”
−I been there for week. They refused to clean the room...it's very strange and when I asked them why you not clean the room.. They say no one asked them before...this is very bad I travel around the world and never saw one like this....to stay week not cleaning the room....it's disgusting

−When we entered the room, it smelled bad, so we opened the door to air it out, and that's when a cockroach walked in. Overall, the place looks completely different from the pictures (much worse). Fortunately, we were refunded our money.

“A budget-friendly option for travelers who priotize a comfy bed and easy commute”
+Helpful staffs, very convenient location (only 5 min walk to the nearest station, plenty of good restaurants), the bed is comfy and the area is generally quite.
−The room is not as big as in the photo, good enough if you travel light. While the rooms are on the second and third floors, there is no elevator. The facility in the bathroom is clean enough but old, and the shower's water is quite weak.

“les blattes ont gâché notre sejour dans ce motel”
+le situation géographique en plein centre ville de Seoul proche des transports en communs (bus métro) quartier jeune proche d'une université et calme, et animé restaurant magasins proche d'un commissariat de police wifi=ok tv=ok
−Hygiène et Propreté pas de ménage dans la chambre, mini- réfrégérateur se dégivre en permanence et le sol de la chambre est mouillé pas de serviette mais 2 mini- "tapis de bain" qui font office de serviettes le premiers jour, j'attendais une femme de ménage puis je me suis rendue à l'accueil et j'ai réclamé des serviettes le responsable de l'hôtel ma remis 2 serviettes que nous avons dû utilisé pendant tout notre séjour ?? Equipement soit une chaise et pas une table ou alors une table mais pas de chaise Les Néons sont placés sur le plafond et éblouissent la nuit à J3 de notre séjour j'ai vu une GROSSE BLATTE dans la chambre ? je ne l'ai pas tué de peur d'une infestation de cafards dans nos vêtements et valises et surtout éviter que ces bestioles ne rentrent dans nos valises et font le voyage retour avec nous "SCANDALES" j'ai immédiatement signalé au propriétaire de l'hôtel, mais au bout de 2 jours rien n'a été fait ... j'ai donc signalé à BOOKING, suite à cela le propriétaire s'est manifesté et nous a changé de chambre mais cet incident a gâche notre séjour tout simplement parce que le problème n'était pas résolu Salle de bain une piece commune sans separation entre wc-douche-lavab

+这次是出发前两天临时敲定的Charm Hotel，真的是意外之喜！性价比超高，用很实惠的价格收获了位置和服务都在线的住宿体验。老板热情又耐心，提前发来超详细的指引，交通路线、入住规则、房间使用注意事项都交代得清清楚楚。房间虽不大但五脏俱全，设施配备齐全，住起来舒适方便，整体体验特别满意，来首尔会优先推荐这家！ 출발 이틀 전 급하게 예약한 Charm Hotel인데 정말 예상보다 너무 좋았어요! 가성비가 최고예요, 합리적인 가격에 좋은 위치와 친절한 서비스까지 경험할 수 있었습니다. 사장님은 정말 친절하고 인내심 있으셨어요. 숙소 찾아가는 길, 체크인 절차, 객실 이용 안내까지 상세하게 설명해 주셨습니다. 객실은 크지 않지만 필요한 시설이 모두 갖춰져 있어 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 서울에 다시 온다면 또 머물고 싶고, 주변 지인에게도 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다👍

“Ottimo per un soggiorno di qualche notte”
+La stanza era piccola, pulita e finestrata. Il bagno pulito e dotato di bagnoschiuma, shampoo e saponette. C'è il phon. Mancavano gli asciugamani da doccia, ma ci sono stati dati immediatamente in reception. Ottima posizione, tranquilla e a pochi passi dalla fermata della linea 2 della metropolitana. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posto giusto per alloggiare qualche notte.
−La mancanza di ascensore può rendere complicato salire e scendere con valige grandi, ma è fattibile. In bagno non c'è un ambiente separato per la doccia (box/tenda) quindi si fa molto bagnato sul pavimento.
