+Perfect location if you commute to the University of Ghana. Huge breakfasts. Almost always functioning wi-fi. Air-conditioning, terrase. Quiet and home-like with attentive owner and manager.
−Minor stuff, I could have done with shelves in the bathroom and a full length mirror.

“Good service”
+Very good experience at Charis Home Services. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is quiet, making it a great place to rest well. The breakfast is excellent: traditional Ghanaian porridge, omelette with toast, coffee, and tea. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, which is very convenient if you need to stay connected. It is also close to the airport, which is very practical. There is a huge lounge and a terrace where you can sit and relax. The room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and the windows have mosquito screens, which makes the stay even more comfortable.
−The room needs a bit of repainting.

“Home away from Home!”
+Charis Home Services was really a home away from home for me. It's very clean, with friendly and understanding staff esp Kweku. Unfortunately my card refused to work at the ATM the first day I arrived but was checked in and made comfortable till I could resolve it the next day. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Room was equipped with a working fridge pleasantly stocked with bottled water. The breakfast wàs lovely, eggs were just like I love it though I didn't make any special requests. Kweku just read my mind, I guess😂 The accommodation is located in peaceful, quite environment which was what I wanted. Next time am in Accra, which I hope will be soon, I will definitely chose this place again.
−The water pressure in the shower could be better. A small hole in the ceiling close to the AC needs fixing too.

“Completely satisfied. I would do this again. In this pleasant neighborhood, there is walking distance access to a lovel”
+I liked the spaciousness of the rooms. Thoughtful layout. A strong sense of safety and security. The quiet and steady responsiveness of the staff; always accommodating and hands-on helpful! It’s like being home and more! Breakfasts are super and memorable.
−This is not a ‘dislike’ but rather a perspective. Guests who tend towards spontaneous decisions like going out in the evenings after say, 9 pm, might find the security somewhat overwhelming if arrangements are not made in advance.

−Nothing I can think of.
