“A comfortable and enjoyable stay and so well located to all the main attractions in Rome.”
+A great smaller sized hotel, packed with all the must haves and it is very well located and a great base for any sightseeing in Rome. Most top sights are within walking distance of the hotel and there are also trams and buses almost outside the door.
−A little bit too trendy with colour pallets which can make it a bit dark and somber in parts although many will equally love the modern colour tones.

“Great location - tiny room perfect for one, felt very safe”
+The staff were delightful - reception; housekeeping and breakfast staff were all fabulous and made me feel very welcome and safe - very important for solo female traveller! Location was great. The balcony in my tiny room saved it from being a monks cell!
−Very dark hallways and stairs - it looked funky but hard to see.

“A perfect hotel for a weekend of relaxation, comfort and culture.”
+The hotel was everything that I expected and much more. My room was pristine and was cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels provided. The facilities within my room were exceptional. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a lovely view of the traditional properties opposite. Additionally, the bathroom was pristine, the shower was powerful and I loved the rustic vibe. I could not fault a single thing about my room. The breakfast’s included were brilliant. There was an array of different choices such as pastries, ham’s, cheese, fruit etc. All the staff were absolutely exceptional and attentive, each day they offered me a hot drink before I had even sat down. The rooftop bar was beautiful and there was a wide range of choices of drinks, accompanied by a stunning view of Trastevere. Finally, as well as making me feel so welcome and comfortable, the staff went over and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. They provided additional toiletries when required and were brilliant. It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Chapter Roma and I hope to stay here again the next time I visit Trastevere!
−I could not fault a single aspect of this hotel. The staff, property, furniture/decor, vibe and location were all great.

“Manageable”
+Location, friendly helpful staff
−Zero place to put even basic toiletries. No place to put your clothes. Cute but NOT user-friendly. For 600 euros per night this is unacceptable. Funky 3 star hotel

+This is my favourite hotel in Rome. I always stay a night before my flight back home. I can’t say enough about the staff’s friendliness and willingness to help. Always a pleasure to stay there.

“Pretty cool, sexy place. Loved the location. I would try it again.”
+The breakfast was really good! Very friendly people greeting you in the morning. The place is pretty cool. Rooftop bar has good vibes. Location was really good for what we wanted to do in Rome.
−I booked a room that appeared much bigger/sexier but did not get that. The first room was like a dark closet and then they moved me to a slightly better room, but did not match the photos online for what they gave me. They wanted to make me happy, so I got a little credit on purchases which was nice. They do have very nice bathrooms! It's really a good place, just missed my expectations for the room only.

“A wonderful hotel in the heart of Rome”
+Our stay at Chapter was amazing. The room (on the second floor) was nice, clean and quite spacious. The bed was comfortable, shower was great and the windows work very well. It was also very quiet. We stayed there for 4 nights and the only thing I would recommend is to have a bit more variety in breakfast. The food was great and of excellent quality, however, it was a bit repetitive after 4 nights. Otherwise, the breakfast area is super pleasant, as well as the staff who were all just wonderful. We hope to be back.
