“I didn’t stay, instantly refused and walk away”
+Absolutely nothing. It was run down and in need of a facelift. Internally, it was horrendous and that was only reception. We refused to stay instantly because of the state and smell.
−There really isn’t anything other than the location that was OK

“Police needed to regain my possessions from the bin as owner took them and threw in the bin outside!”
+Nothing
−Was asked by text to pay cash because booking.com system was down? When I asked to deal with this in the morning because it sounded suspicious. (Maybe the system would be up and running by then.) This caused the lady who was the manager / receptionist to go into my room take up all my possessions and throw them into an outside bin, lie to me and the police she had done this, (until security tapes proved it.) Assaulted me and falsely accuse me of assaulting her (again I was cleared by the security tapes) she tried to force me to leave (without my possessions.) and police told me she had cancelled my booking. The police were brilliant and helped find me somewhere else to stay at 3.45am because they could not guarantee I would be safe there. I could mention the stains and the smell, but it’s a secondary concern. The bathroom was clean to be fair and it is close to the Winter gardens.

“Very pleased with my stay and the host was very helpful.”
+Location is excellent, close to the sea-front, attractions and transport but away from the noise. Room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, even at the front of the hotel. Bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and modern shower.
