“Amazing stay and views at the Chamonix villa”
+The view from the hill top is amazing. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is great and offers sufficient variety.
−The hotel is situated a bit outside of the village center. Not a problem if you have your own car!

“Beautiful view, but safe?”
+The place has a beautiful view, really friendly staff and a lovely pool area. The rooms are spacious.
−I didn't feel safe. There was a panic button next to the bed and I saw guards walking the perimeter with assault rifles and rottweilers. It's quite out of the way (no way you can walk to town) and I didn't feel safe when I was alone in the house. There were also cats and there was a smell of cat pee. The rooms and bathrooms are also aged and need a renovation.

“Beautiful views”
+Stunning views, lovely big rooms, wonderful staff who were so friendly and helpful
−The restaurant area was very far away, would have to get a taxi there, and we didn’t realise we’d have to pre-book the restaurant and with no priority for guests staying onsite, we couldn’t get in :(

“This place needs some love and attention and it could make all the difference.”
+The location and the actual farm its a wine farm
−The family home - had no water for 2 days, major repair issues, the stove area is a trip hazard, the door at the kitchen opens all the way to the stove, the 2 fridges are connect to a extsion cord that is trip hazard, The bunk beds are so low hard to use and dangerous for adults or kids. Many issues that made a 4 star location and 1 star vacation for newyears. I have shared all of this with Byrwell the manger and with the booking manger. They offered a free nite stay, however this was a bad experience. I will not plan to return to this location in the near future.
