“Amazing and meaningful stay!”
+I would say it was a amazing experience as newly-weds. We choose and re-choose same place as we feel welcomed by the staffs. They were so ready to help in any needs and tried their best to cater to it. They would suggested things but you have total freedom to choose what's best for you (especially in transportation). We plan to have romantic dinner in our room then we were allowed to do pre-order (they made dishes upon our requests that not in the menu, kitchen tried their best to serve it) and they even got us surprises like cake!. About cleanliness, it was superb. It's clean and not smell dusty which was a high standard for resort. Few ants and insects actually normal as there were gardens, trees all around. It was also a quite place to have some time to recharge. There's Villa Market near the resort to buy essential things. (around 1 KM). It was also not packed with people so we can have pools for ourselves:'). Food was good! Breakfast, you can choose from local to western style. Overall, we surely will come back here❤️

“Unmatched hospitality, incredible facilities, and five-star service”
+My husband and I came here for our honeymoon, and this was genuinely the best resort I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with such wonderful hospitality from the moment we arrived. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and actually remember who you are. There was a lovely gentleman at the front desk who greeted us warmly every morning on our way to breakfast and always offered to drive us back to our room in a buggy whenever we returned to the resort. The facilities are also insane! We lost count of how many pools there are, and every single one was spotlessly clean. My husband particularly loved the gym. Every morning, he was joined by a sweet little black cat whom he named Honey. There was another friendly feline on the grounds who kept me entertained whenever I was missing our cats back home. If you're considering paying extra for the breakfast, just do it, it's honestly so worth the money. Having it right there makes mornings super convenient, and the food is genuinely delicious. When you sit down, the lovely staff offer to cook you fresh eggs, and then you can help yourself to the rest of the buffet to your heart's content. We found this especially helpful since we had a
−The only minor thing we disliked (emphasis on minor) was how early certain facilities closed. It stays warm all night in Phuket, so it was a little disappointing that the pools and spas closed so early. However, we assume this may have been due to the lower guest count during our stay. We visited in October during the wet season, so we were two of only about a dozen guests on-site, and they likely couldn't justify the extra staffing. Regardless, it was just a tiny detail in an otherwise perfect stay.

+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Chalong Chalet Resort! We had an amazing stay at Chalong Chalet Resort! The room was spacious, comfortable, and really clean. Every day, while we were out enjoying ourselves, the staff cleaned our room, so it was lovely to come back to a tidy room with fresh sheets. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. One of the staff members even helped us arrange a bike so we could get around easily and gave us great recommendations for the best places to visit. The location is also great, especially if you have a car or a bike. It’s a perfect base for exploring beyond the resort and discovering different areas, with plenty of places to visit within easy reach. It made getting out and exploring so much easier! The hospitality really made our stay special, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Chalong Chalet Resort to anyone visiting the area! 😊

“Very relaxing”
+Was there in low season so not fully open. A really nice hotel with attentive staff. A bit isolated you have to get a taxi to go anywhere. Would benefit from a small on site shop
