+FANTASTIC! What a wonderful stay and cannot wait to go back. Sato-san and the entire staff were amazing to us during our visit with them. It made it feel like home. Kudos as well to the Chef and dining staff, so glad we got the board and every meal was stellar! Amazing and cant wait to visit again soon. Thank you so much for a memorable vacation.

+Nice hotel with good options. Our room was next to the street, and because of heavy snowfall, we were considerably disturb by the machines removing snow during late night and early morning.

+We stayed in a japanese quad room with a toilet. Shower was shared (and traditional ie, no privacy). The hotel restaurant area and relax area in level 2 has been modernised but the rest of the hotel is quite dated and ready for a refresh. Breakfast was fine and included western and Japanese dishes. It was easy access for the buses and to the ichinose family chair lifts. As a fyi, the area is great for beginners but if you want the magic carpet, take the shuttle to prince hotel west - one stop up the road. There was a small convenience store across the road. Dining options for dinner were a bit sparse - the hotel does do dinner but we didn't choose that option. Overall we were happy with our stay.
