“The worst and most disrespectful experience I have ever had”
+Absolutely nothing! This is the worst and most disrespectful experience I have ever had. Our requests to fix the ski locker were completely ignored. The kitchen light was constantly turning off, making the apartment uncomfortable to stay in. This place is absolutely not worth the money we paid. The quality of service is unacceptable. On the first day, the man who met us was shouting at me and insulting me, saying that I didn’t know how to use navigation. This kind of behavior toward guests is rude, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate.

“We won't come back.”
+Livigno is beautiful. That's all.
−the apartment would be ok for us in terms of size. I have included the problems in the photos. We came with children and expected safety. Meanwhile, the hygienic state of the facility is unacceptable. The mold on the walls in the children's rooms is not ok. My son still has problems with coughing and breathing. It clearly requires renovation. I do not mention that you can hear the neighbors perfectly well. The owner or manager was not very nice - he said that he had a lot of work and that I should not call him.
