“Big gap in doors so anyone can look in.”
+Pretty rooms, good aircondition, orange lighting (not hard white hospital lights)
−I would have given it a much higher rating if it wasn’t for the big gap in the door into the rooms. It was so big that you would see in, even into me laying in bed. I told the staff that I’ve had some uncomfortable situations in India (iknow this is not India but creeps are everywhere) and asked if they could do anything about it, and they said no. I could myself think of many ways to solve this, and in a country like Vietnam I know they do to. I also contacted the owner and he never answered.

+Location close to beach, other restaurants etc. Owner of the house very welcoming, helped to organised other aspects of our stay, which made it easy for us. Would stay again.

“Annonce mensongère”
+La plage est très proche et se rejoint en 5-10 minutes à pied. La literie est confortable pour ceux qui aiment les matelas fermes. La vieille dame qui s'occupe du ménage et qui est la seule personne qu'on a croisée dans l'immeuble était adorable et souriante.
−L'annonce est mensongère : il ne s'agissait pas d'un appartement avec deux chambres comme annoncé, mais de deux chambres séparées dans l'hôtel, ce qui n'est pas du tout pratique quand on voyage en couple avec une enfant de 5 ans : impossible de laisser l'enfant dormir seule dans une chambre. Nous avons dû faire chambre à part et passer notre temps à se répartir les affaires. Deux énormes immeubles sont en construction 24h/24 juste à côté et malheureusement comme le logement est très mal insonorisé et que certaines fenêtres ne se ferment pas on entend en permanence tous les bruits de chantier. Cela nous réveillait sans arrêt, particulièrement notre fille. Les chambres ont très mal vieilli et sont devenues vétustes, les finitions ne sont pas faites, il y a beaucoup de traces d'infiltrations d'eau, la plomberie est en très mauvais état (il manque un morceau au robinet, les pommeaux de douche sont abîmés, les joints sont sales, un des lavabos était un peu bouché). Il n'y a pas de personnel à part une vieille dame et les portes ne sont très pas très sécurisées. Dans une des chambres il y avait une espèce de patio qui faisait cuisine avec la clim mais le toit est perpétuellement ouvert (
