−Our stay at the hotel was not one of enjoyment. The hotel is situated on a floor that is halfway between floor 3 and 4 in the lift. This means to access the Hotel Reception; it is necessary to climb or descend a flight of stairs with your luggage. The Hotel therefore does not have a lift. The first room we were offered was so small that it barely accommodated the double bed and we insisted on a larger one. What we got was a slightly bigger one with a clearance of about 2 feet on either size. There was no space for two chairs and what was offered in lieu, were two folded-up deck-chairs. The toilet facilities (toilet/wash hand basin and shower) were crammed into a small cubicle with little room to move about. The one window opened directly to an apartment across a courtyard which we could clearly see into. This meant that we need to keep our curtains fully closed to preserve our privacy. There was no room service for the 4 nights we stayed - bed linen/towels were not changed; the apartment was not cleaned - we only learned on the 4th day that these services had to be preordered the night before. +Mir hat gefallen, dass es eine Person an der Rezeption gab. So bestand auch die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck noch für einige Zeit unterzustellen.

+El hostal no está mal, la cama es cómoda pero la puerta del baño es una puerta de plástico que no da mucha intimidad. Super caro para lo que es y no lo puedo recomendar por lo que me pasó: llegamos a la habitación y dejamos las maletas, el retrete estaba limpio y precintado, hice un pis y nos fuimos, al volver vimos que alguien había usado el baño, había restos que antes no estaban. Hablé por teléfono con el responsable, que ya no estaba presencial, me dijo que revisó las cámaras y que nadie había entrado y que solo yo y él teníamos llave...pues si nosotros no fuimos, quién habrá sido? La verdad, pagar 300€ por noche y que alguien se cuele en la habitación me parece del todo intolerable.

+Alojamiento fácil de encontrar en el centro de Madrid, cerca de todo. Personal atento, te escriben antes de tu llegada. Habitación limpia con cama cómoda. Baño limpio. Aire acondicionado funcionante. Habitacion silenciosa.

+Комната была чистой, но очень маленькой ( но если вам нужно просто поспать это отличный вариант. Местоположение замечательное.. магазины, матро, гран виа. Также смогли оставить чемоданы.
