+It’s ideally located and has awesome views of all the iconic buildings in KL. 118, KL Tower, TRX,KLCC and others. Room was big just like a studio apartment and facilities were good as well. Infinity pool with an awesome view except for the haze🤦🏻♂️. BBQ Roof area with 180 skyline views of the city with iconic buildings. Instagramable views. There’s even a small cafe at the entrance for quick Americano ☕️, Latte and other non coffee drinks. There’s even a Bila Bila Mart behind the reception counter.
−Not many ppl mending the arrival check in. This could be improved. Guest should have been pre informed of the RM100 deposit in cash and not even accept credit card, I’m ok with it but foreign visitors to our country will be caught off guard and might be put off as they haven’t gone to the money changer yet. They are asked to withdraw money at an ATM machine at the lobby. As for the room, the floor feels a bit sand and found hairs at the sofa and some areas of the floor. So house keeping needs to take note.

+Very nice pool looking over KL and enjoyed the gym. It was nice being close to China town
−Our room was very damp and the floor was water damaged. Didn’t feel very clean inside. The lifts were very busy with lots of guests and the pool also. Not a relaxing stay because of this

+Amazing and beautiful view. The location is very convenient to go to most famous places.
−They put the strict minimum in the room. No napkins for instance. Similar ads showed better options (Business suit ..) for the same price just two days before arriving. I find it unfair to those who booked much earlier to pay more or same money compared to much and way better options

“A KL il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo”
+Praticamente tutto, il rapporto qualità prezzo per questa struttura é imbattibile! Le stanze sono belle e curate, le aree comuni molto belle e la piscina a sfioro sul roof top é veramente stupenda, con una vista che fa invidia a moltissime strutture ben piú di lusso!!! Le aree relax in mezzo al verde sono bellissime. Ripeto, a questo prezzo trovare di meglio credo sia impossibile a KL

+Ficamos 2 vezes hospedados em diferentes quartos e os dois eram confortáveis, limpos e espaçosos! Piscina com boa vista para as petronas. A localização também é muito boa.
