+Edo was awesome and attentive caretaker of the casa Cetine Vecchie. Our kids loved all the cats around property. Swimming pool needs some care, we enjoyed time by the pool though. Kitchen equipment was above Italian standards.
−Edo does not speak English, so it is harder to get some information or solve any problem. In additional, I do not understand why the phone contact here on booking.com contains a phone number to an owner of the casa Cetine Vecchie when he does not take care about it and even answer a phone...

“Italian experience”
+We loved the experience and the owners are lovely. The room (superior family room) is actually a big appartment with 2 bedrooms, a big kitchen with full size fridge and a huge balcony with a pretty view of the fields. Of course the huge pool. The area is quiet (that’s agrotiurism) and pretty. The kids had a blast with the cats (and baby cats!). Window nets to keep bugs away. Clean. Real baby bed and kid toys was good for the kids.
−The beds are « springy ». No air conditioning and we hit a heatwave… but I can’t complain, I knew before booking ☺️ ask them for a fan and they will gladly provide one, and with the night breeze it was doable.

“Only needed a cheap place to sleep”
+Location was good, we were attending a wedding and we only needed a place to sleep. They have figs, we got them fresh in the morning which was a huge plus. There was free wifi.
−They did their best, place was a bit run down. We went for a cheap option and got what we paid for. The toilet was coming out of the wall, the lighting in the hall was out.

“Charming little village with a view and a great pool, run by an attentive host”
+Wonderfully warm and dedicated host, making sure we were happy throughout our stay. Lovely property with a splendid view, almost a small village. Delightful animals (cats, geese, otters, rabbits) nearby and a great pool. Breakfast outside is a wonderful start to the day.
−Property has recently changed hands and is still in turnaround, finding its stride. We had some less-than-clean plates and cutlery on arrival (and not enough of it), but there was a dishwasher, so no big deal. We're sure in a few weeks or months this place will be a 9 or a 10. The property is at the end of a strada bianca (dirt road), so your car will be super dusty at the end of your stay.

“Holiday in a Tuscan Farmhouse”
+We booked 3 days beginning of August to see the "Giostra di Simone" in Montisi (insider's tip - see videos about it). Great location in perfect position to visit also the further Borghi in Val d'Orcia. The children loved the pool, the parents loved the feeling of relaxing inside a watercolor painting. Thanks Edo for your hospitality, your kindness and constant good mood!
