+Good room, quiet place, excellent host, 10-15 minutes to the city center,
−In case it matters to anyone: the private bathroom is not located inside your room, but rather in the hallway.

“Our stay was good. The room was perfectly suited to our needs. Tea making facilities a nice touch.”
+The location was fine, near to where our son lives and reasonably central to downtown Groningen, bars and restaurants.
−The room was perfect for our needs. The only complaint we can make is that the toilet is in the hall. Not that big a deal but it is a small awkward size! Otherwise, no complaints.

+The host was amazing and even offered to drive me where I needed to go, which was incredibly kind of him since not everyone would do that. They also have such lovely cats that I could pet anytime. The place was quiet, super cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable,I slept really well after a sleepless night traveling through airports. Getting to the Netherlands was exhausting, but staying here was totally worth it for the money and everything.

“Great location, lovely host, & a peaceful stay. verything we needed for a brilliant trip to Gronin”
+I loved how convenient the location was , close enough to walk to SPOT/De Oosterpoort and the centre of Groningen, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The owner was really friendly and welcoming, and the canal view with the houseboats was lovely. The communal kitchen was also a great bonus.
−The only minor downside was that the room became quite warm during the unusually hot 33°C weather. It was still manageable, but a fan in the room would make summer stays even more comfortable.

“Goede keuze!”
+Goede, gezellige sfeer; makkelijk te vinden; goede locatie; netjes ingericht; erg schoon (zelfs onder het bed); mooi uitzicht; alles werkt; goede voorraad.
−Waar ik het meeste moeite mee had is dat de locatie toegankelijk is voor andere gasten en de deur alleen met een pitoresk klein haakje op slot kan. Dat houdt geen enkele kwaadwillende buiten.

“prima verblijf”
+Locatie op loopafstad van binnenstad. Rustig . Op de kamer koffie-en thee faciliteiten , en een goed voorziene gedeelde keuken ( die ik overeigens niet heb gebruikt.)
−het sleutelkluisje was wat lastig in te stellen. Toilet ( naaast de kamer)van kamer 2 erg klein ( voor een groot persoon), en lage zit.

−Lastig dat de douche in de hoek van de kamer staat. Jammer dat je geen gebruik mag maken van de tuin. Naam B&B klopt niet. Er is geen ontbijt bij.

“Prima verblijf als je een nachtje in Groningen moet zijn”
+De ligging is prima. De bedden heel goed
−We konden geen gebruik maken van het keukentje. Er was wel koffie/thee in onze kamer zelf. De wc is op de gang en is heel erg klein.
