“A lack lustre experience”
+Room was a good size. Room 20.
−Would like to know why it was decided that I should have a room that had a running toilet all night (needs a new flange), a bathroom tap that needs to have its pressure reduced so that it doesn’t splash everywhere when turned on, and spa that can’t be used (laminated sign saying DO NOT USE) when it was abundantly clear there were plenty of rooms that were available. It was a really disappointing experience. Only two towels (one with a hole), and two flat pillows that should have been replaced years ago. I’m truly disappointed with the standard and couldn’t recommend the accommodation to friends or family.

“In general was comfortable, good staff and great location.”
+Great position and lovely big room. We had an issue with the heating and the staff were helpful and moved us to a room with better heating.
−The room we moved into had a plumbing issue with an intermittent smell which at times wasn’t pleasant. The king bed has two single which didn’t match one was great and cloud soft and super comfortable but the other side was hard with springs that we could feel. Would have been much better to have matching halves.
