+The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and a real pleasure to enjoy, especially the wonderful Japanese breakfast. All the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being overbearing, which made our stay feel so comfortable and relaxing. It was truly a memorable trip, one that we will look back on fondly for a long time. Thank you for making our experience so special!😊

“Peaceful getaway with wonderful hospitality”
+Beautiful room, calm and peaceful setting, superb staff - warm, welcoming, accomodating and professional. Felt like you were the only people there (in a good way), and everything runs seamlessly. Great opportunity to try lots of traditional Japanese food and a nice balance of traditional / modern, Japanese / Western
−Not the easiest location for travel logistics but it is a nice, quiet setting with lots of greenery. The outdoor areas including private onsen could be more aesthetic.

+The private onsen and beds were fantastic. Genuinely the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. The rooms are huge and nicely presented. The staff are exceptional. Could not fault them one bit.
−The hotel is looking a little tired and could do with some TLC. A noticeable amount of wallpaper around the hotel (inc our room) is ripped, split and unsightly and we had stains on the carpet in our hotel. For the money, I would expect better.

+Struttura molto bella e pulita, camera bellissima e suggestiva.
