“Price and location was great but experience was not”
+I liked the location and price of the property
−At around 10pm, people entered our room because reception had accidentally programmed their key card with our room number. We went to reception to raise our concerns, but we felt our complaint was brushed off, with staff suggesting it wasn’t their fault and that we should just forget about it. This left us feeling very uncomfortable and unsafe in our room, as two female tourists travelling alone. Having strangers walk into our room while we were in bed at 10pm at night is completely unacceptable, and we expected the staff to take the situation much more seriously and show more concern for our safety. On top of this, we were only provided with half a roll of toilet paper for two people staying for two nights, so we had to ask for more. Overall, the experience was disappointing, particularly due to the way our safety concerns were handled by the staff.

“The unit was comfortable but not as described. We intended to do laundry and while management was kind enough to help m”
+Location was good. Unit is not properly described and I waited until seeing all the other places we stayed in Central Europe to see how other rentals were described. This unit is described by the Owners as a 3 bedroom. That is not what it is. You walk into the entire unit by going through the area where Bed 1 is located. This is not a bedroom, it’s just an area/entry. Bed 2 and Bed 3 are downstairs and are also not actual bedrooms. Bed 2 area has to be walked through to gain access to the bathroom. When I booked the unit I was booking it for 3 men and through it was as they described it being 3 actual bedrooms.
−They also showed a full kitchen with an oven. The Oven had a sign on it not to use. This was not disclosed by management. The unit also claimed to have a washer. The plug the washer was to be plugged into was blown and washer could not be used.
