“Disgustingly dirty, loud, unresponsive host”
+Location in the city center
−The walls are so thin you hear talking from other rooms like you are there, I came to the room and floor was still wet from cleaning, but under the table was hair and food marks, so they didn’t even touch that part. One of the forks was dirty with food, used by previous guests I guess. In the morning there was no electricity, but one number didn’t respond at all, another belonged to cleaning company. A bed sheet was not even one piece but made of two smaller ones.

“AVOID!!!!!!!!”
+The bathroom was decent.
−To start off with it's right on top of the sex shops, secondly you have to climb up a lot of stairs which Is very difficult with luggage and prams ect, thirdly don't even bother contacting them because they do not respond to any calls or messages, and lastly if you are comfortable with the owner walking through the apartment whenever they please then you should be fine. I would strongly advise paying extra for a better service and safety.

+The location is nice
−I am writing to complain about the apartment my friends and I stayed at in Amsterdam. We were extremely disappointed to find that the bathroom was covered in mold and smelled strongly of it. We wanted to cancel the booking, but we were unable to contact the owner or anyone responsible. Our two-night stay was far worse than we expected. I also think the photos on Booking.com need to be updated, because the apartment is not the same as it appears online, and it needs to be properly cleaned. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and resolve these issues.

“Great location. Shocking hosts, security and amenities inside.”
+The location of the property was excellent.
−No tea or coffee provided despite it saying it was a BNB. There was no hot water. I messaged the property people. No response so had to locate the boiler and fix it ourselves!! The shower leaked under the toilet. The owner walked through the property at silly hours in the night/early mornings which woke us up (this was not on anything about the property prior to booking). No locks on bedroom doors so felt highly uncomfortable about this. Just overall really disappointed.

+Sijainti oli hyvä. Samalla kadulla ja viereisessä rapussa oli punaisen lyhdyn palveluita, mutta se ei meitä häirinnyt.
−Asunto ei vastannut bookingin kuvia, esim. sänkyjen varustus. Asunto oli likainen ja esim. astiat piti tiskata uudestaan, että niitä pystyi käyttämään. Kylpyhuoneen seinissä oli hometta ja siellä haisi home. Henkilö joka asui käytävän päässä käytti Käytävää todella ahkerasti. Siitä kuljettiin useasti päivän aikana ja myös yöaikaan. Yöllä käytävällä äänekäs liukuminen herätti ja makuuhuoneen ovi oli pidettävä kiinni jollain ilma ei vaihtunut. Yöt olivat levottomia. Yksityisyys tuntui asunnossa olemattomasta ja omien tavaroiden sinne jättäminen poissa ollessa tuntui epämieluisalta. Lisäksi päätyasunnon henkilön ovi useasti auki käytävälle joten tuntui että perhehuone joka oli vuokrattu muuttui yhden huoneen yksiöksi. Tämän lisäksi saimme viestin vuokraajalta ensimmäisen yön jälkeen että olisimme väärässä asunnossa joten epävarmuus asunnossa olemisesta oli suuri.

−Il B&B non è assolutamente come da foto. É una truffa, difficile da trovare senza nessuna indicazione fuori, all’interno non c’è una reception e abbiamo dovuto attendere molto per trovare qualcuno che ci “lavorasse”. La stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato era uno scantinato e non era assolutamente come da foto, completamente diversa. Inoltre la stanza non era stata pulita prima del nostro ingresso (neanche nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato). Il pavimento era sporco e pieno di insetti, sotto il letto c’erano ancora bottiglie e altre cose lasciate non so quando. Inoltre sul tavolo c’erano delle posate sporche. Ovviamente non consiglio questo posto neanche al mio peggior nemico, anzi procederò a contattare Booking perché questo posto non ha motivo di essere all’interno di questo servizio. Veramente disgustoso e rovina anche la reputazione di Booking😅. Detto ciò l’unica cosa positiva era la posizione vicino alla stazione, ma comunque ci abbiamo messo almeno 15 minuti in più per trovare l’ingresso. Siamo riusciti a capire dove fosse solo dopo che abbiamo visto una ragazza uscire con delle valigie da una porta. Inoltre non è possibile in nessun modo contattare la struttura perché non es

“Sucio, poco privado, buena ubicación”

−La higiene, las sábanas no estaban limpias, el microondas estaba muy sucio (habia un hueso), no habia ni shampoo ni jabón de tocador. El pasillo compartido con los dueños no nos dio mucha privacidad ni seguridad.
