“Disappointed”
+The location - easy walk from central, transport and food.
−Very dated room. In need of maintenance - stained carpets, marked walls. Everything about the hotel was aged and in disrepair. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as stated on google. Not worth the price paid. Staff were not particularly friendly.

“You get what you pay for, it is cheaper than most places nearby because it’s old and outdated, rooms were clean, bathroo”
+Excellent location, across the road from Central Station, 13 minute walk to the ICC for a concert, straight down Quay Street which was so easy to walk.
−Dirty elevators, there was a guy sitting in the Lobby both nights, we thought he was drunk or maybe even homeless. There was a door in between our room and next door for joined rooms, it was unlocked! We pushed a heavy chair in front of it as we arrived late at night. The bathroom has no exhaust fan so you have to open the high window which then exposed you to the neighbouring buildings. Outdated bathroom fittings, old marked mirror. The front desk staff are borderline unprofessional they’re so busy talking to each other. There is a weird restaurant connected to the lobby but kind of not connected.

“Great hotel for a 6am trim from Central”
+Across the road from Central Station, close to many attractions & surrounded by restaurants.
−Lacked sound blocking on connecting doors. I endured the heavy snorer in the next room all night.
