+Really good location, right next to the train and bus station, which was very convenient for getting to and from the airport and for taking trips outside Palermo. The accommodation was nice, clean and comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay. Overall, I was very happy with my choice and would happily stay here again.

+Comparing to the building inside is better..
−We stayed for two nights as a family, but it wasn't a comfortable option for three people with suitcases. The building is poor, there's no elevator, the bathroom leaks, and there are a lot of flies. If your phone battery runs out, you can't get in. No matter how many times we say "it works perfectly," we often had trouble opening the door.

+The room was clean
−Terrible noise from neighbors. You can forget about peace and quiet there and get a headache. I reported this to the administration and they successfully ignored me, which was unpleasant. You will also have to go through a mature relay race with keys and codes on the way to the room.

+Nice sunny balcony, clean room and white decoration is very relaxing, big bathroom with lot of day/sun light
−Full online door/key access requiring an application and internet connection on the phone and never run out of phone charge. This was really stressful. Cleaning extra payement, no iron equipment, shower sink very slow. Not enough toiletries for the 4 nights/ 2 people

“Real Palermo experience, really well situated.”
+Location was excellent for the train station (where I had breakfast - croissant espresso and OJ for €5.60) and old town area. Flat had a cooking area and an amazing bath (which I did not try) and an interesting high tech entry system, which was great once I sussed it out, host was very patient walking me through his detailed instructions). It is on a busy road and it can get noisy on a Saturday/Friday night but windows are pretty good at keeping the sound out, there is air con if it gets too stuffy. Had a feel of real Italy about it, with street sounds and small shops and ordinary people. Host was apologetic about the hallway, I was not bothered because the flat was a wow!

“Logement bien placé, proche du centre historique, grand, propre, rapport qualité prix, je recommande”
+Hebergement bien placé, proche centre historique et à 8mn à pieds de la gare centrale . Des transports ( bus, Tram) ,commerces et restaurants aux alentours , on peut tout faire à pieds jusqu'au centre historique . Grand, propre , avec cuisine , très pratique , la communication avec IIaria ,je recommande.
−L'ascension pour arriver aux 2ème étage sans ascenceur avec une grosse valise était un peu dur, mais c'est typique des hebergements de ce type en Italie

+Muy bien ubicado, sobre Avenida con comercios y cerca de la estación de tren. Muy amplio y cómodo.
−Algunas escaleras pero no era para tanto, hay que viajar liviano.

“Entspannender aufenthalt mit schöner Aussicht”
+Die Lage ist sehr gut. 2min vom Bahnhof entfernt und viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Am meisten hat mir gefallen wie organisiert alles war und das der Host immer erreichbar war.
−Der Balkon war immer von Taubenabfall befallen, aber das wars auch schon. Da kann man nur schwer etwas machen. Die Unterkunft gefällt eben auch Vögeln :)
