“Misleading 4 star holiday”
+The bar man/lifeguard and the morning kitchen staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was decent, with an okay mix of pasteries, fruit, cereals and some limited hot food. Location is excellent, 5-7 minute walk into the town at most.
−Front of house staff could not be ruder and unhelpful. I took everything with a small pinch of salt as I understand English is not their first language, but they were incredibly unhelpful. We shared our thoughts on our standard room which did not look anything like what you’re shown in the pictures. On booking.com they used the same 4 pictures for every room type. VERY MISLEADING. We thought we were getting a room with a balcony (given the pictures shown on the website you’d believe that too), but alas, no balcony. When we mentioned this the lady at reception shrugged her shoulders and told us we booked an “economy room” and she could move us and we would have to pay more. The room was very small and claustrophobic, especially when the aircon is non existent. The bathroom felt like a damp sauna 99% of the time. The shower hadn’t been cleaned during our stay, the doors on the shower had stained water mark residue all week and the doors themselves were broken. The room was “serviced” every day, but this left a lot to be desired. The bathroom soap and shower gel were not refilled once over an 8 night stay. “Good position, large chlorined pool, nice park, tasteless but variable food, unfriendly reception”
+Good location. Good breakfast choice. O.k. bed. Large pool with warm salty water, nice park all around. Kind director of restaurant. Tasty mozzarella on one of evenings, contrary to rubber like tasteless mini mozzarella given to us on arrival day and in mornings. Good choice of entry courses for supper.
−Receptionist ladies were unfriendly or very unfriendly, we were not told that the hotel had agreement with beach with umbrellas, we got known at our own initiative day before departure only, room keys were al exhibited on desk in evening: take any you want!! First day we were given cappuccino presumably from automatic machine which was undrinkable for an Italian taste. Next day I requested normal capuccino and got tasty drink. For supper we asked insalata caprese on day 0, i.e. mozzarella and pomodoro in essence and mozzarella was not eatable for Italian standard: rubber consistence balls without any sign of milk in them. It was unacceptable as in Campagna mozzarella is delicious and in fact on one of next days we got normal there mozzarella. Altogether those issues with cappuccino and mozzarella together with unfriendly reception ladies spoiled a lot and yield 6 of 10. Otherwise take care of pool water as at 19.00 when it gets closed personnel pours lots of some chlorine powder in pool they say to disinfect ... water gets white like when we clead WC with Clorox... impressive. “Ideale per chi cerca una pausa dal caos della città”
+L’albergo è molto bello, curato e situato in una posizione centrale, comodissima per chi non vuole spostarsi con mezzi pubblici o taxi. Il personale è stato fin da subito disponibile e attento a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Un ringraziamento speciale va al maître, il signor Mario, e a tutta l’équipe del ristorante e del bar dell’hotel, che con professionalità e cordialità hanno reso ogni momento ancora più piacevole. Inoltre, l’albergo offre un bellissimo centro termale con trattamenti e percorsi dedicati. Anche qui abbiamo trovato uno staff estremamente preparato, competente e sempre disponibile a prendersi cura degli ospiti. Per la nostra vacanza non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio: ci siamo sentiti coccolati da tutti e abbiamo trascorso due settimane all’insegna del relax. Torneremo sicuramente!

“Fantastico”
+Buona posizione, bella la piscina e staff gentilissimo. Pulizie giornaliere in camera. La cosa che più ho apprezzato è stata la ristorazione, sia come qualità del cibo sia come professionalità dello staff. Uno dei due ospiti aveva molte allergie e intolleranze e loro sono stati attentissimi per tutta la durata del soggiorno, modificando opportunamente il menu e assicurandosi sempre che non ci fossero errori. Hanno dimostrato enorme competenza e professionalità.
−qualche cosa in bagno da rimodernare, per esempio pomelli di lavandino e doccia, ma sono dettagli di poco conto.
