“Lovely, very helpful friendly staff and excellent value.”
+The staff were very helpful, friendly, responded to all our requests. Cleanliness was excellent. Cleaning staff very helpful. The staff offered different choices of egg (eg boiled, fried or scrambled) which was good. The price was good (although there was an issue as the price I originally saw when booking was £600 plus, but we were charged £700 plus (I can't remember the exact amounts. It was still a good deal but a little bit misleading, they advised me to take this up with Booking.com. . The location was good . ( I haven't been able to fill in section 2 as the computer isn't responding.)
−The toilet flush in the bedroom is very weak. The staff tried to attend to it but it is just not strong enough. Also, the breakfast could perhaps have included muesli with oats, fruit, nuts and seeds as opposed to oats and bits of chocolate. The staff offered different choices of egg (eg boiled, fried or scrambled) which was good.

“angenehmer Aufenthalt in Schwetzingen”

Tiziana is TOP.
