−Sadly it's changed hands.. reception smelled strongly of body odour. Room that we were allocated was awful. 6 flights of stairs. Lift out of order. I complained, and was given a better room But sadly it smelled strongly of body odour. Was my go to. Not anymore.

+The location to the train station and town centre. Good size room with a nice large shower room.
−The rooms could do with redecorating and new furniture.

“Not the best”
+The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
−Other guests were noisy and drunk. The recommended car park was unattended and not covered by cctv. Our car, along with four others, was broken into overnight. (Not unusual according to the center cleaner who helped us clear away the smashed glass).

+The room was spotless and spacious
−The reception was full of laundry and stuff like toilet rolls and bleach. Also the reception furniture was worn

“It was better than sleeping outside or on a sofa.”
+Room was well equipped. Toiletries were included.
−Room was filthy. Staining on the walls, carpet, bed, and floors. Damaged furniture, damaged wallpaper, door locking system kept buzzing. Curtains did little to block out the daylight. Room smelt musty. Bed had no headboard.

“Usually perfect for what we need but a lack of communication about the faulty lift put us off”
+We’ve stayed here for last 3 years so know what we are getting and it’s perfect for us. Good location, clean and comfortable
−We wasn’t informed about the lift being out of order, due to health reasons if we had known them we would have looked elsewhere or asked for a lower level room. There was also a funny smell on the landings
