+Host was always hands on and available 24/7.Spotless apartment. EXCELLENT SECURITY, FELT SAFE AT NIGHT.Fantastic position.Well furnished with all amenities. Air-conditioning clean linen. OVERALL FAULTLESS APARTMENT.

“Very nice ambience and very well located”
+Property is well located not far from Roma Termini and the hop on hop off bus stop. Property is secure and well appointed, a lot of pots/pans for cooking, able to open windows for fresh air, lots of lovely old features on display. There is also a very good supermarket not far away. Host has excellent communication.
−I want to give a better explanation of the property for clarity to others as I think this is important if you are considering booking - This is a property that has two bedrooms; one with an ensuite bathroom and one with a bathroom across the hall (called an external bathroom). So it is possible that you may be sharing the property with another couple (the kitchen facilities are available to everyone).

+Gianluca, our host, greeted us with a smile and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and flexible. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We loved its charming, classic style that truly captures the heart of Rome - not your typical IKEA setup you see so often. The location was perfect as well - close to the main train station, where we arrived after taking a bus from the airport. Many attractions like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain are within a 20-minute walk, and for everything else, there’s a nearby metro station with two main lines. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Rome. Thank you, Gianluca!

“Great location and property”
+The property is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes to the train station and 30 minute lovely walk down to the colosseum and Roman forum. The room was a good size and it was nice to have access to kitchen. Our room was super clean and had air con with a really comfy bed. Gianluca was really helpful and friendly giving us tips and recommendations for our stay. To note there is €100 cash deposit + city tax which isn’t super clear in booking.com formatting although it listed - important to note to make sure you have the ability to take out cash.
−Nothing I disliked, I booked the en-suite room which was great. To be aware the other room has a private bathroom but not en-suite. The bathroom is opposite the other bedroom and not shared and I would happily book that room in future.
