“This property s/be delisted from Airbnb/ Booking.com for subpar criteria- Disappointing”
+There was no breakfast but not expected. There was a washing machine, plenty of hot water, table to eat at. The noise level was minimal.
−There was no breakfast but not expected. The room smelt moldy and was proven by the mold stains on the outer wall of the unit. The room was on the 5th floor of a 4th floor dwelling (mezzanine level on 2nd). The building was shabby and under a state of perpetual construction, there was no lift/elevator and we had 3 heavy pieces of luggage. the platform on some stairs turns had broken boards, upon departure I almost tripped several times with the luggage as many of the steps had raised protective metal caps to protective the wearing threads. The rooms were supposed to be non smoking but at least two of the 5 units had smokers smoking as the vestibule and rooms reeked of fresh tobacco smoke. The kitchen while free and clean also smelt of smoke as the balcony was open (full of laundry on clothes lines but cigarette butts proved people are using the balcony to smoke thinking there are not filling the area with smoke. The entrance /access codes for access was a little daunting with the multiple codes, with surface water on tiles and garbage bins plus construction equipment occupying the foyer area. There was little in the way of toiletries no soap/ shampoo, only a previously used bottle

−If you plan to stay with children or someone who cannot go up stairs, this is not recommended, the apartment is on the moon. 4th floor, no elevator, but it feels like the 20th floor.

“DECEPCIONANTE-CHINCHES EN HABITACIÓN CONTRATADA”
+La ubicación, muy céntrica
−Pagué por una habitación con BALCÓN o TERRAZA y BAÑO PRIVADO y esto no lo tenía, además, las sábanas olían fatal, como que no las hubieran secado bien y el olor quedaba en el cuerpo al amanecer. Tanto ha sido que la primera mañana les pedí poder marcharme y que me devolvieran el dinero de la segunda noche para no quedarme otra vez allí y me dijeron que no hacían reembolso. Nos le quedó de otra que RECONOCER que no me dieron la habitación que contraté ya que dicen que en la habitación que había contratado habían CHINCHES, cosa que debieron decírmelo al principio para entonces contratar en otro lugar…. os podéis imaginar lo mal e incómodo que la hemos pasado allí. Les solicite un descuento y tampoco, aún estoy esperando a que me digan algo, no me responden ya a mis mensajes. Os paso vídeo y pantallazo de la conversación. Espero que Booking me ayude a que me hagan algún reembolso. Gracias

“Surprenant”
+Logement bien placé au cœur de Lisbonne. Chambre climatisée et propre
−Logement dans une rue animée : distribution de la soupe populaire en soirée. Allée du bâtiment à côté du sex shop. Bâtiment ancien, en cours de travaux, au 5ème étage sans ascenseur et sans lumière sur le pallier. Pendant la nuit nous avons été dérangé 4-5 fois par l'interphone car les SDF voulait dormir dans l'allée.

−Cama era muito dura e nada confortável quarto não era espaçoso mal tinha espaco para abrir a porta e a cama está toda suja e cheia de ácaros e leite de hóspedes anteriores
