“Good, clean studio close to Victory square and Kiseleff Avenue.”
+-Proximity with the Victory square, Kiseleff Avenue and Calea Victoriei. -Quite calm in that very noisy city, being on a side street about 100 m from the heavy-traffic Titulescu avenue. -decoration and equipment in good state.
−-Entry stairs; -entry door of the apartment with glass: face to face with the other studio door (also glass): this gave the feeling of renting "one room in an apartment"; I think this is how it was originally, then it was split into 2 studios. one could hear the people in the other studio speaking. -Before arrival, to receive the acces code: the cumbersome procedure on-line to fill in all your data, and to pay the new Bucharest city tax.

+Очень удобное расположение для остановки перед вылетом или перед поездом: всего 10-12 минут пешком как до северного вокзала, так и до Piata Victoriei, откуда можно за 3 лея доехать до аэропорта на 100-м автобусе. В студии есть все необходимое, чтобы отдохнуть перед дорогой или после неё: туалет, душ, удобная кровать, кондиционер, холодильник, микроволновка, электрочайник. В пределах 5 минут ходьбы есть рестораны и продуктовые магазины.

+The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very nice and the balcony was a nice touch. Also I travel with my friend and they thought we were a gay couple and so they put two "love is love" mugs and even though we are not a gay couple we thought it was a sweet gesture
−The toilet was kinda broken and the shower needs cleaning

−That entrance door from downstairs is a nightmare; i also found the cleanliness to not be the most satisfying, unfortunately

“The description does not match reality”

−The apartment name is a lie , it’s far from the city center. The entrance corridor is terrible, dirty, and ugly. The apartment itself is old, just disguised as modern. What’s the point of having a kitchen if there’s no stove? What’s the point of having a shower curtain if it doesn’t fully close? Water ends up everywhere. The host communicates in a commanding tone instead of being welcoming.

“Excellent stay”
+Excellent location, had all the facilities we required and even more - kitchen is well equipped for a small studio. The owner was very helpful as well.
−Just be aware that a studio is up a steep staircase in case you have mobility issues or lots of heavy luggage

“Terribile uno schifo🤮”
−Non ho mai in vita mia soggiornato in una struttura piu brutta di questa uno schifo siamo andati li il giorno 29 novembre appena entro in stanza noto le lenzuola gialle sporche con peli piccoli, il cuscino giallo lurido di sudore consumato, il materasso consumato duro il letto nn era matrimonaile ma due letti singoli uniti i quali erano rotti e facevando rumore la stanza era piena di polvere ovunque per terra sporco di polvere molliche , il bagno sporco ed oturato , aprivi una porta che doveva essere armadio e dietro questa porta cera la porta della stanza accanto si sentiva tutto zero privacy, ho dovuto prenotare presso un altro hotel non potevo stare li nemmeno un animale puo stare in quelle condizioni, non so chi ha dato un punteggio cosi alto zero e troppo, ho scritto al propretario per il rimborso ma e stato maleducato senza restiurmi i soldi pagati per uno schifo di stanza che nn ho nemmeno usufruito zero proffesionalita vi prego prima di prenotare pensateci bene altrimenti le vostre vacanze diventerano un inferno
