+Apart good location nothing, room was dirty moldy, didn't had window, booked room with spa bath but didn't used as drainage was full of hair, wals covered in moldy. Very disappointed. Nothing was working properly. First night didn't had duvet and was freezing, after asking they said do not have because of strike after saying will ask refund brought duvet from another room, what haven't been clean, could see some spots. Highlight was cocroach last night of staying walking in a room. Definitely not what expected.

+The location is amazing! Truly! I was looking forward to waking up everyday to people watch and walk around. I didn’t need to go anywhere, because everything you need to do to see and explore Naples is 10-15 minutes away, including the beach! The staff, esp Rossana was so friendly, she told us every single thing we needed to know in using Naples delicacies and food recs around the area! We had an issue with drainage in our room, not atypical in Naples as buildings are very old, staff upgraded us to a better room and we’re so quick to resolve. They clean your room daily and provide new towels, etc. Highly recommend. Will be coming back!
−Nothing. I had a beautiful stay. They even let us check out late. Hospitality was top notch!

“Ottima esperienza”

“Stanza perfetta e personale gentile e disponibile”
Straconsigliata. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
