+It's a nice place,
−Has an apartment size refrigerator the freezer did not work, apartment 1 does not have access to a hot tub. The view from the back balcony is residential and the houses do not look that good, the Riverview they were talking about was very small and probably about a half a mile away you could only see a little bit of the water. It said it come with a garden view never did see a garden, I feel like the description was very misleading.

“10/10 would stay here again!!”
+This property was great! Very private and clean. The lake is 2 minutes away and the PIzza Cellar was awesome! The past reviews had noted the neighborhood being sketchy. Well I can tell you it was quiet and not a single person bothered us. Everyone was very friendly! Thank you for a great weekend!!
−I can’t think of a single thing that we did not enjoy about this stay.

“Unacceptable. Host said we would need to contact Booking.com, she gave no help with the issue.”
−There was already a guest in Room 2 when we arrived. We used the door code provided, opened the door to find a woman asleep in the room with her bags sitting on the floor. We contacted the host, who laughed - literally - and said Booking.com must not have synchronized with their calendar. She had no option for us, none. We had to drive on to Springfield to find a room. We want a refund!

−They overbooked and canceled my reservation 2.5 hours before check-in on a holiday, ruining the entire weekend. Couldn't find another option on such short notice.

“We enjoyed our stay!”
+I loved the set up of the apartment and all the wood finishes. The hot tub was a nice place to relax. The location was a short distance from everything we wanted to do in Branson. I loved that they included breakfast in the little adorable quaint town restaurant.
−I felt a little uniformed as to how we were to leave the apartment. Usually at rentals, there are instructions left. Maybe this was because we weren't supposed to worry about anything. We also didn't know that when breakfast was included, it was from a limited menu. We were happy for the free meal though. Lastly, I couldn't read the fancy writing of wi-fi password to get connected.

“Relaxing location with lake view and nature all around.”

−It took a long time to warm up the place. The sofa bed was very very firm and too small for our teenage son. Would probably be fine for a small child though.

“Nice place needs better up keep”
+Comfortable, away from everything. Complimentary breakfast was really good at restaurant. Place is huge compared to getting a Hotel.
−Refrigerator freezer needs defrosted and dirty on shelves. Toilet did not flush right. (had to flush twice to get anything down)
