“Great stay, location and rest”
+Fascinating, old historical hotel, with great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the basic you need for a good rest. We did not try the breakfast, but we will be back again.
−It will be nice to have some water in the bedrooms, however, they have water dispenser in the Front Desk.

“Beautiful property, but a deeply disappointing experience , absolutely not worth $500 a night”
−Beautiful property, but a deeply disappointing experience , absolutely not worth $500 a night We were drawn to this place by its beautiful appearance and the overwhelmingly positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. When you pay $500 per night for a property that presents itself as a hotel, you expect a minimum standard of service: a reception desk, staff available when needed, daily housekeeping, clean towels, and basic hotel services. These are not luxuries; they are the bare minimum, and they are offered by countless hotels charging a fifth of this price. To our surprise, our room was not cleaned, the beds were not made, and the towels were not changed. We were left wondering what exactly we were paying for. At this price point, such a complete lack of basic service is simply unacceptable. The building itself is beautiful, but its age comes with another significant drawback: the walls and floors seem to transmit every sound, and we could hear other guests walking around and making noise. This made the overall experience even less comfortable. What is particularly puzzling is the high rating this property receives. We relied on the positive r

“An Exceptional Stay at A Beautiful House”
+1. There was a serious complication with Booking.com with respect to the reservation. However, Tim from the property made an effort to smooth out the issue and made our stay enjoyable. 2. The property is exceptionally beautiful and well located. Walking distance to downtown Napa. 3. The quality of breakfast was exceptional and delicious.
−None jumps to mind.

“Overall our 2 nights stay was great. We enjoyed staying at Cedar Gables Inn.”
+The property was nice and clean and quiet and great location.
−I didn’t like that there was not enough parking to accommodate the guests staying there specially when we have to unload our suitcase. They should at least have a designated parking to unload your stuff and to load your stuff. The breakfast was okay not fantastic. Coffee was cold.
