“Don't be fooled by the first impression.”
+Honestly, we wanted to leave after getting there. The rooms looked worn out, it was noisy and yes, the staircase smells horrible (but has super cute feline inhabitants). But once you adapt to the local standards and maybe also stayed within a few other places to get a benchmark, you realize the quality of this place. This was by far the cleanest accommodation during all of our stay in Egypt. The shared bathrooms were cleaned several times a day. Also, very strong wifi. The AC was quite new and worked well.
−The rooms to the front are pretty noisy. Since it's a continuous noise, it was far less disturbing to us than we would have thought but make sure to bring earplugs. Breakfast was tasty but for us too salty.

+The staff is amazing, super friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is homemade and yummy. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonders. Its located right in the city center, which makes it close to the main points. The entrance looks sketchy, but upstairs is fine. The terrace/rooftop is really nice.
−When you take a shower, it floods the bathroom. If you're a light sleeper, it might get noisy from all the traffic, but it it didn't bother me.
